Amphibiuos Ferry/Bridge
Description

The Amphibiuos Ferry/Bridge is an amphibious vehicle that also serves as ferry and can be linked with other vehicles of its type to form a bridge. When serving as a bridge, one vehicle spans 10 meters and can carry 60 tons. When serving as a ferry, one vehicle can carry 40 tons.
Assembly of a 40 meter bridge takes 15 minutes and 30 minutes for a 100 meter bridge. Converting a vehicle from road status to ferry/bridge status and vice versa takes 5 minutes.

Game Use

The assembly time required is too long for battles, but can still be a factor in the game.
As this is a vehicle and no bridge, there is no construction factor. When forming a bridge, three vehicles of this type and another vehicle or mech may be in the same hex. If one vehicle is destroyed or sinks, the bridge only in this hex is destroyed and may be repaired by replacing the destroyed or sunken vehicle. Only the units on the destroyed piece of bridge fall into the water.
