
New Bomb types
These new Bomb types try to increase the flexibility of aircraft.
Smart bombs
Smart bombs have a target seeker linked to a small flight control system that controls the stabilizer and steering fins.. They home into a target painted by TAG.
Game Use
Use the same way as homing Arrow IV missiles. Deals 10 damage to one location at the target.

CBU
CBUs (Cluster Bomb Units) are bombs designed specifically to destroy infantry. They open several dozen meters above the ground, setting free thousands of shot-like projectile.
Game Use
Damage is dealt to all units in the target and the adjacent hexes. Deal 3D6 damage to all infantry units and 3 damage to all other units.

Bunker-busting bombs
Bunker-busting bombs are used against hardened buildings. They don't explode on impact, but break through the concrete and explode inside the building.
Game Use
A bunker-busting bomb does 5 damage to all units in the impact hex. When hitting a building or gun emplacement during dive bombing, roll 2D6:

2: The bomb round doesn't explode at all.
3-5: The bomb deals 5 damage to the building or gun emplacements.
6-11: The bomb explodes inside the building or gun emplacement, dealing 15
damage to it. When hitting a gun emplacement, roll 3 critical hits. Infantry
inside the building is dealt 4D6 damage, without cover bonus, so the damage
is doubled.
12: Deal 15 damage to the building or gun emplacement. If hitting a gun
emplacement, all weapons are destroyed and all ammo explodes. All infantry
inside the building is destroyed.
Runway/Road cratering bombs
Runway/Road cratering bombs set free submunitions several dozen meters above the ground. The submunitions are relatively harmless to armored units, but effectively destroy runways and roads.
Game Use
The bomb deals 2 damage to all units in the impact hex, and 1D6 damage to all infantry units. Paved hexes are turned into rubble hexes.
