Folding Bridge (swimming)
Description

The Folding Bridge (swimming) is a system consisting of bridge modules and the vehicles carrying them. Each module spans 10 meters. An unlimited number of modules can be linked, allowing to span even the widest rivers. The folding bridge (swimming) can only be used on relatively calm and slow rivers.
Each vehicle carries three bridge modules. 40 meters can be build within 30 minutes, 100 meters in an hour. The bridge can carry vehicles and mechs of up to 60 tons in weight.

Game Use

The assembly time required is too long for battles, but can still be a factor in the game.
The bridge can carry up tp 60 tons, but has a construction factor (CF) of 20. For every point of its CF lost, the bridge loses 3 tons of its carrying capacity.
Treat one hex of bridge as one piece. If one piece is destroyed, the rest of the bridge still floats and the bridge may be repaired. Only the units on the destroyed piece fall into the water.
